Tiffany’s agency foundation was built early. She worked inside a high-volume digital marketing agency, managing large client portfolios and driving measurable growth through SEO, paid media, and analytics. She later transitioned to a luxury branding agency, where she led strategy for clients investing in $60,000–$100,000 websites and elevated brand systems. That rare combination—deep digital performance expertise plus high-end brand craft—is the backbone of Nover Marketing’s philosophy today.
Before launching Nover, Tiffany served as the Director of Integrated Campaigns for PandaDoc, a billion-dollar SaaS company with a marketing budget exceeding $1M per month. There, she developed multi-channel campaigns across departments, built ICP-driven messaging frameworks, and learned how to scale marketing systems that deliver results at speed and at scale. She has also worked in virtually every marketing discipline: SEO strategist, account manager, copywriter, content producer, brand strategist, marketing director, and campaign architect.
Her AEC experience spans civil engineering firms, design-build remodelers, and luxury custom home builders. Tiffany has helped launch an ADU company to over $1M in its first year, doubled the revenue of a design-build remodeling firm, and evaluated the financial impact of digital tools and funnels to guide clients toward high-ROI decisions. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media & Information (specializing in TV, cinema, and radio production) and an MBA, giving her a rare blend of creative discipline and business strategy.
