Taylor Walsh is a Seattle-area native whose career blends creativity, psychology, and data-driven strategy. Taylor has always been fascinated by human behavior and motivation. She studied psychology and marketing at Dartmouth College, laying the foundation for her strategic, people-centered approach.
After college, Taylor spent several years in the modeling industry. Through these opportunities, she gained a broader global perspective and developed a deep appreciation for visual communication and aesthetic nuance. This chapter played a meaningful role in shaping how she understands storytelling, brand identity, and emotional connection.
Taylor’s professional foundation was built in the world of social media and creator-led storytelling. She worked at The Dogist, one of Instagram’s most widely followed photography accounts, supporting community engagement and early e-commerce initiatives. There, she developed a deep understanding of audience trust, storytelling at scale, and the relationship between content, community, and conversion. This experience ultimately led her into agency work, where she oversaw marketing strategy for several brands generating over $100M in annual revenue. During this time, she also supported initiatives focused on mental health awareness—a cause she remains deeply passionate about.
Taylor later joined PandaDoc, a fast-growing SaaS company valued at over $1B, where she spent four years building and leading a team focused on prospect-driven, integrated marketing initiatives. Her work spanned paid acquisition, lifecycle and email marketing, ABM, chatbot and web experiences, and cross-channel experimentation. Known for her ability to identify friction quickly, Taylor led initiatives that significantly improved pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency while keeping customer experience at the center of every decision.
Across roles, Taylor has become known for her ability to quickly diagnose complex problems, bring clarity to messy systems, and build efficient, scalable marketing experiences that support both prospects and internal teams. Her work balances analytical rigor with genuine curiosity about people and a strong appreciation for thoughtful, intuitive design. She brings a detail-oriented approach while always keeping the broader strategy—and the customer experience—front and center.
Taylor met Tiff at PandaDoc, where the two built a strong working relationship. The experience highlighted the type of environment Taylor thrives in—one that encourages experimentation, ownership, and thoughtful solutions beyond conventional playbooks. Looking for new challenges and greater creative autonomy, she joined Tiff at Nover to continue designing impactful marketing experiences.
At Nover, Taylor focuses on onboarding strategy and client experience, with an emphasis on identifying friction points in both internal workflows and client-facing processes. She works closely across teams to improve operational efficiency, streamline delivery, and build scalable systems that support a growing portfolio of clients, websites, and accounts—ensuring the business can grow without sacrificing quality or clarity.
Outside of work, Taylor spends as much time as possible with animals—especially dogs and horses (and occasionally, reindeer). She also loves traveling, skiing, music, and art, and is constantly seeking new ways to learn, explore, and create experiences that help people feel connected and understood.
