We are a small, rapidly growing full-service agency focused on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Our commitment to people over profits sets us apart, and we’re seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for key clients, working to understand their needs, manage their expectations, and proactively drive their success. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.

responsibilities

  • Act as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, developing strong and trusted relationships.
  • Plan, prioritize and implement marketing campaigns, including branding and identity, paid advertising, SEO, content creation, social, lifecycle, PR and more. 
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, successful project delivery in alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Analyze account performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes and maximize growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of account activities, progress, and deliverables.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and clear communication.

qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally at an agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
  • Experience in SEO, paid advertising, data analysis, and the management of brand projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.

salary

Bottom of salary range $$71,037
Top of salary range $$86,823
