As a Designer Developer, you will create stunning, design-first websites and marketing materials for our clients in the AEC industry. Our clients include luxury custom home builders, commercial construction teams and architects – giving you the opportunity to create sites that showcase jaw dropping buildings.

responsibilities

Website Design & Development

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using Elementor
  • Create custom themes and templates to meet specific project requirements
  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
  • Build lean websites through limited plugins and use of custom CSS / GSAP

Graphic Design

  • Create visually engaging proposals and slide decks that effectively communicate key messages
  • Design logos and branding kits that reflect the company’s identity and values
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures and flyers
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and materials

qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing and building custom Elementor WordPress websites
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web design and graphic design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or Sketch
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript is a plus, and GSAP, or ability and desire to research and learn on the spot is a must
  • Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field

salary

Bottom of salary range $64,600
Top of salary range $78,800
