emergency support
Please note the following form should be used for emergency support only. If you submit a support request that does not fall into our definition of emergency support it may be forwarded to your account manager and subject to regular processing times.
Examples of Acceptable Emergency Support Requests:
- Your website is down
- Your website is not accepting form submissions
- Website functionality is severely limited (mobile menu does not work, etc)
- Critical CRM issues, such as leads not going into your system or leads receiving incorrect automated messages
